Pitching Request
Our team receive a large number of pitch requests and will work through them as efficiently as we can. We typically process pitch requests in ~1 working week from when your form is submitted, so please bear this in mind when planning your release schedule.
While we can't reach out to you to confirm pitches have been submitted to platforms (due to the volume of pitches we process), we will be able to let you know their status if you contact us.
Please note: submitting a pitch request does not guarantee playlist placement.

Playlist Pitching Support
If you've chosen to pitch to Spotify, you'll be able to see your pitch and its status in your Spotify For Artists account. If you've chosen pitching for other platforms, you can drop us a message to check on its status.
We aim to submit pitches within 1 week of your request, so please make sure you send us your request as early as possible to meet platform pitching deadlines!
If we're notified about your release being added to a playlist, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
If you've got your own Artist accounts on streaming platforms, you should be notified via email of any additions to playlists and you can also check within your Artist accounts to see if your pitches have been successful.
When we pitch your track to a platform, we'll suggest playlists it might fit well with (if you've got particular playlists in mind, please include them in your pitch request!) - but ultimately each platform's editorial team decide where your track is featured (if at all).
On Spotify, your track is pitched only to editorial playlists, i.e. those created and curated by Spotify themselves. For your track to be featured in algorithmic playlists, i.e. those determined by an individual person's listening behaviours rather than being a static list of tracks, it's important that your metadata is accurate.
If your tracks are eligible for Spotify Discovery Mode, you can opt-in to boost your tracks' position in algorithmic placements. Learn more about Discovery Mode here.
The most important thing you can do is to keep releasing good music!
Besides that, giving us as much useful information about your track with as much detail as possible really helps us to put together a pitch that stands out the playlist editorial teams. You can read our guide to putting together a successful pitch here.
As our Pitching team receives hundreds of requests a month, we submit your pitches to Spotify and 3 other platforms of your choosing.
Bear in mind that if you submit your playlist pitch request to us and you already have a pitch in progress on Spotify, we'll wait until the first release goes live, freeing up pitching opportunities for your next release.
As much or as little as you'd like us to, or where we think it's necessary.
If you give us a fully fleshed-out pitch that's submission-ready and ticks all the boxes that the editorial teams are looking for, we'll submit it as it is.
If your pitch is a little bare-bones or we have specific ideas and/or recommendations for how it would stand out better, we'll make minor edits or additions on your behalf.
If there's anything that's unclear in your pitch request, we'll reach out to you for clarification before pitching.
We handle hundreds of pitches each month and we have a good success rate (although nothing is ever guaranteed!) so we know what's most likely to catch the eye of editorial teams. If you'd like some specific advice or feedback on your previous playlist pitches, we're happy to help.
