Which distributors can I integrate your technology with?
Whichever distributor you’re using currently, our technology is built in a way that can be easily integrated with your existing provider. Our tech experts will liaise with your technology partner to arrange the integration so that the feed is easily accessible from within your distribution dashboard.
The feed is built to run using DDEX 4.3 but can fit with alternatives too.
Which DSPs does your feed deliver to?
We’re always building new partnerships with DSPs and can connect any DSPs you have direct deals with to our feed too.
By default, our feed currently delivers to Click’N’Clear, Volumo, SoundExchange, Lissen, Douyin and Qobuz.
We have a direct deal with some of your DSPs, but not all - can we still use your technology?
Absolutely. Our feed doesn’t require any direct deals with DSPs, but if you have your own deals and would like to distribute through them we can do that. Just let us know which deals you do or don’t have when you talk to us.
If you’re distributing through your own deal, you will be responsible for the distributed content meeting the requirements of the platform and deal.
If you’re distributing using our deals, our Quality Assurance team will review distributed content before it’s passed to platforms to ensure it meets the platform standards.
We have a deal with a DSP that’s not in your feed - can we deliver to that platform via your feed?
Yes, you can. Our technology experts will need to liaise with the DSP to integrate their ingestion processes into our delivery feed, then you’ll be good to go.
You can add as many DSPs to our feed as you like, as long as you have direct deals with any DSPs not supported by our feed by default.
How much does it cost to distribute to Identity Music’s feed?
Pricing for using our distribution feed is dependent on whether you’re using your own DSP deals or ours.
For clients using our DSP deals, we work on a royalty share basis (where you’ll always keep the lion’s share) that is discussed with you in advance.
For clients using their own DSP deals, a flat monthly fee for use of our feed will apply.
Whichever category you fall into, there are no per track or per platform delivery fees, no hidden costs and no long term commitments.
Will our releases be subject to Quality Assurance processes?
We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality content to DSPs, so if you’re using our deals to access additional DSPs your content will be subject to our usual Quality Assurance review processes. Our team reviews releases within 3 working days (usually much quicker) and will return to you any content that doesn’t meet platform standards.
For content delivered via our feed but using your own DSP deal, you will be responsible for ensuring it meets the platforms’ standards and your content will not be subject to our Quality Assurance processes.
