We carefully check every release before distribution, to make sure that it meets platform metadata requirements, has the correct audio file attached, and correctly credits everyone involved.

Once you distribute your release in your dashboard, it's sent to our approval queue. Our Client Management team review each release within 3 working days of upload.

✅ If your release is approved, it'll be sent to streaming platforms and set to go live either ASAP or on the date you've chosen.

❌ If there are any issues with your release (e.g. incorrect or missing metadata, uncredited sample use, silence at the end of your tracks, etc.) we will return it to you for edits - once you've made changes and resent it for distribution, we will check again and approve for release.

How long does it take for releases to go live on streaming platforms?

If you've set an ASAP release date on your music, it will be sent directly to streaming platforms as soon as we've approved it (within 3 working days of you uploading it to your dashboard).

Once it's been sent by us, how long it takes to go live varies from platform to platform. Some platforms make your music live as soon as it's received by them, but others can take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days.
